In this work I explore the question of how we feel as viewers of a digital imitation of the plant world.
What does the idea of a digital substitute for the natural environment trigger in us?
Does it awaken a feeling of power or powerlessness in the face of decreasing biodiversity? To what extent does reproduction change our appreciation of the original?
The concept of differential growth, transferred from biological principles to the digital world, leaves it up to the algorithm to decide the next step and the direction of growth.
In this way, delicate little plants are created in a hostile environment with just a few lines of code.
